Exchange Policy
If you want to request for an exchange on a product, email us at pinktreebyshrutika@gmail.com within 48 hours post-delivery. You can expect a revert from our team within 48 working hours.
Exchanges are allowed on size issues only. Exchanges will not be entertained on product exchange requests. An exchange or return will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We strongly recommend reading the entire product description and all the details before placing an order. You may contact us to if you wish to get more details about the product. In case the new requested size is unavailable, Pink Tree will provide a credit note that can be used on your next purchase.
To be eligible for the exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it in. We will only accept products which are unused, unworn, unwashed, not damaged, with all its labels and tags completely intact. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase with you. For hassle free returns, we recommend you to take a video while opening the parcel in case of any damage/defect that may have occurred during transit.
Note: When a product is shipped from our warehouse it undergoes 3 layers of quality check and we record the process for your reference as well. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
There may be slight variations due to digital photography, your monitor’s display and resolution. We have ensured to maintain the highest degree of accuracy on the colors displayed on the website. Please do not expect to receive an exchange for the same.
For issues related to damaged/defective product, incorrect item sent, such cases must be informed to us within 48 hours of post-delivery on our email: pinktreebyshrutika@gmail.com or at our WhatsApp No.: 6376080811
If the exchange request is accepted by the Pink Tree team, please send the product back to us yourself and do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the delivery person about the number of products that you are dispatching with his/her signature and mobile number. Pink Tree will not be held responsible for any damage or loss during this transit. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
